Flight 4/4 (2) is a deep dark brown beer, no light is allowed to penetrate the drink. A creamy head of half a finger elevated on the surface, soon it's a thin lace ring only. The olfactory supply is... weird! Is this soy sauce? I feel like Chinese food now. The other nuance is equally strange: smoked chili. Chipotle? This really came out of the blue now. The tastebuds enjoy the Oriental flavors that are, notwithstanding, relatively mild. I wouldn't necessarily be satisfied with this level of capsaicin in my meal. Moderate, I mean. Smoked chipotle, cranberry, purple grape, plum and red wine barrel are the gustatory components. The body clocks light. The chili bite sharpens toward the end. GOOOD!! Now I really want Asian food! Thai maybe. Medium duration. They mouthfeel is light, spicy, piquant, umami, warming, savory and satiating. Very uncommon indeed!  🌶️🌶️🌶️
