Flight 3/4 (2) wears an impenetrable, deep dark purple grown. Looks like blackcurrant juice, fresh from garden to kitchen. The head portrays minuscule bubbles up to height of one finger. The color is pale purple. And lasts long. Really long. The scent is difficult. It's almost nonexistent. The little I get is strange... namely beetroot and a sigh of cranberry. What a cocktail! Medium-sweet red wine uncovers itself on the tongue. No beetroot anymore. Additionally, purple grape, a smaller injection of blackberry, elderberry and an oaky barrel vibe. Too sweet but at least it tries to navigate in the right direction. Sour Ale or Fruit Beer, c'est la question. The body is light to light-medium. No change in the end. Same same. The mouthfeel is light-medium, extraordinarily juicy, pulpy, berry-rich, floral, deep, medium-intense and a bit vinous. Interesting but also confusing as for the style characteristics.
