Flight 2/4 (2) deviates from the set as it displays a translucent ruby tint. The head grows one finger tall and colors basically white with a faint pinkish hue. A long-lived lace ring adorns the sides. A juicy fragrance. Big time. Cherry, faint sweet red wine or Sherry and wheat malt. At least. Maybe a suggestion of brett? Disappointment anyway. The tastebuds get moderately sweet cherry and dry red wine. Brett is my bet for the yeast. A wheaty skeleton, for sure. Rather simple, one-dimensional. The body is light minus. Berry juice in the tail. Doesn't kick azz. Feels tart, only marginally acidic, earthy, dry, drying and juicy. Berry juicy. Furthermore, it's modestly vinous. More like a Fruit Beer than Sour Ale in my opinion.
