This is clearly the only Ale in my Lager flight. Fits in the set though. Colorwise at least. It portrays a brilliant, deep gold hue. The head is somewhere in between of all these, reasonable, off-white with medium retention. The scent reveals the non-Lager genre: dried apricot, grapefruit, dry grass, a malty backbone though. Not a big beer this one either. The tongue receives fruity clean flavors like tangerine, orange, biscuit, pale malt and faint peach tea. The light-bodied beer waves goodbye with dry and slightly crisp nuances. If the first encounter was a bit sweet-leaning, such an impression is now history. What I have here is dry hoppy flavors for quite some time. Feels dry, medium-crisp, definitely drying, fairly balanced, easy and gulpable in the mouth.
