Matter, motion, space, time, forces and energy…. we dig into all things Physics for our first DIPA collab with San Diego’s North Park Beer Co., Physics In The Park. Following a mostly 2-row malt bill, we used an all Idaho 7 whirlpool with a Citra, Citra Lupomax, Eclipse, Motueka, and Nelson dry hop. Aromas of Sunny D, pineapple chunks in syrup, and yellow starburst are met with balanced flavors of Mandarin orange, passionfruit, bright key lime, pineapple juice, and fruit roll up with layers of dank hoppy grassiness, mixed complex berry, and a touch of white grape. Enough flavors to bend space-time and warp the tastebuds in the best way possible, Physics in the Park comes together with a creamy texture that’s packed with our rainbow melon.
