Low Profile is hopped with one of our favourite new hops, New Zealand Cascade and combined with firm favourite Mosaic. A large proportion of oats and wheat, a dialled in water profile and careful management of pH during the brewing process has resulted in a soft and full mouthfeel saturated with hops. We're getting juicy mango, lime zest, vanilla and subtle floral notes.
