Suutuntuma on kuiva, hapan, tasapainoinen, kirpsakka ja ryhdikäs. Maussa mustikkaa, happamuutta, hieman tammea tynnyröinnistä ja nahkaisuutta. Jälkimaku on kuiva, lyhyt ja marjaisa. Oikein hyvä. Parempi kuin tuo Double - versio. Se oli aika keponen. Toki sekin oli ikääntynyt kivasti. Tässä siis ilmeisesti vain huomattavasti enemmän mustikoita muuten resepti sama. Kivastihan tämä on vuosien saatossa kehittynyt.

Long time no Spontan. 0,375l bottle from Iittala Essence red wine glass. Beautiful red wine looking beer with peculiar purple tint. Thin purple foam that sizzled away quickly. Funky farmhouse smell with loads of sour berries. High carbonation. Mouthfeel is juicy, but not too thick. Lip glueing sweet. Sour and funky. Hay and farmhouse. Blueberries aren't as noticeable as I hoped for. Loads of grass with raw & bitter lemon. Sourness is strong enough to feel like it's melting away your enamel. Alcohol is noticeable. Ends with slightly soapy lemon and bitter grass. Just a faint note of blueberries. What a shame. I have been saving this for a few years, hoping for a blueberry bomb experience. No such thing was delivered today.
