Veriappelsiini toimii ja papaya pelaa hyvin siinä mukana. Yllättävän makea, mutta ei silti mene yli. Paksuhko maku, mutta onhan tässä prosenttejakin (joita ei kyllä maista). Vähän hankala arvioitava, ehkä olisin kaivannut tähän vähän enemmän happamuutta, mutta muuten mennään kyllä hyvin pastry sour-linjalla.
