This beer was brewed in collaboration with White Labs Copenhagen.Leaning on White Labs’ yeast knowledge we decided to brew a beer that was fermented with a blend of our house yeast and their new Tropicale yeast which has the ability to activate more tropical fruit aroma and flavour into the beer. Passionfruit, pineapple and mango to the max.

I had this really fresh this summer. Is it just as good? Aroma: Canned fruit, fruited candy. Taste: Super soft. Pineapple, mango, citrus. canned fruits feeling. Gentle. Somewhat sweet. Still good!

Trooppista hedelmää tässäkin reilusti ja erittäin raikkaassa muodossa. Ananas ja mango maistuvat ainakin. Makeamman hedelmäisyyden kaveriksi löytyy sitruksia. Greippi tuo sopivasti happamuutta alun makeamman osion jälkeen. Älyttömän hyvää.
