Back at son-in-laws house for a relaxing beer or two. A sour I bought mainly for the can. Red wine color, lightly opaque. Fruit aroma, cherry is closest. Texture is mildly thick and coats the mouth. Taste does not have the sour quality I was dreading. Sweet, lots of cherry, vanilla and cinnamon. Perfect balance as each are present and enhancing each other. Only slightly tart. This is a slushy, not a beer. Delicious!
