Celle ci elle me fait plaisir. Autant que quand j’ai pu commander mes wings en promo. J’ai toujours aussi faim. Mais alors ma soif qu’est-ce qu’elle est choyée. Ça change vraiment, aussi trouble que sèche que florale. Une bien belle bière. Comme quoi faut peut être les laisser un état de plus, si ça donne ce résultat 🙄🙃🙄

Flight 4/5. This is a beauty: cloudy pale yellow beer. The foamy lid looks less prominent than that of the other beers, impotent but clean white. The nose picks lemon and pineapple, maybe also grapefruit pith. Fairly one-dimensional. The tastebuds like the crisp citrusy flavors like grapefruit zest, pith and lemon. Pineapple, too. Not very tropical, or not at all. The body is light-medium. Ends crisp, somewhat bitter citrusy. Lemon and grapefruit dominate. Dry finish for sure. The mouthfeel is light-medium, crisp, dry, drying and zesty. Again, nothing like a masterpiece.
