Final cook day at the 34th SOTS Reunion, our team made Sotsgiven with a fabulous dinner. Long , hot Texas day of hard work. Deep sunset orange color, opaque haze. Aroma of orange and pineapple. Thick and heavy texture, strong flavor adds floral to the orange and pineapple with a modest dose of hop bitterness in the finish. Only in the finish does the alcohol reveal itself. It started great but lost me by the third sip. Not sure why but could not hold my attention.
