This is watery, a bit fizzy and tart to start. The fizz drops out and flavour develops into hints of sherry and chocolate.
it’s a Victorian style porter with old and young beers blended then conditioned on a ‘wild pitch’ which I’m assuming is trying to recreate a true to style equivalence.
It’s not bad but shows why we strive for innovation and improvement.
