I appreciate the craft that has gone in to this and the fact there’s a complex flavour profile. The tannins from the Rioja barrels are really evident. A real intense jammy fruitiness too. Unfortunately for me it’s just too much. It’s too tart and far too acidic, I couldn’t finish it.
