It pours a slightly hazy, golden colour with a frothy, white head. I always find it hard to describe Mosaic hops, but it is hoppy, slightly citrussy, with a bitter finish. My wife really dislikes Mosaic hops, but, if you like Mosaic hops, you'll love this single hopped beer.
