This amber-ruby winter strength top-fermented abbey beer refermented in the bottle is added to the family of Ename each year in the holiday season. The beer has a slightly sweet palate, which perfectly brings out the extra spices. The aftertaste allows the fruity aroma to develop to its fullest.
