We joined forces with Great Notion Brewing for this phantastic new hazy DIPA. Ripe in the Machine takes the best of GN Ripe and Parish's Ghost in the Machine by brewing a large hazy DIPA with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Simcoe. What makes this beer stand out is the addition of Phantasm, an experimental powder that is derived from New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
