Leicht angetrübt mit einer feinen Altgoldfarbe kann das IPA optisch überzeugen, auch weil der feinporige Schaum so schön am Glasrand klebt. IPA typische Herbe dominiert den Antrunk. Graipfruit und Aprikose dominieren, begleitet von einem dezenten Aroma von Honigwachs (meine ich zu schmecken). Knackig, frisch, nicht zu schlank und dieser Honigton machen das Bräu zwar nicht einzigartig, aber durchaus süffig.
