Sopivasti savuinen ja paahteinen.
Kuiva ja hieman katkeroinen.
Jälkimaku hieman rusinainen ja reippaammin savuinen.

I love a true Cascadian Dark Ale and I love Rauchbiers too. The description of this didn’t really give much away but it’s like a hybrid of the two styles and I fucking love it!
The smoke isn’t as pronounced as a rauchbier and the hop character isn’t as ‘in yer face’ as a CDA but what a combo?!
The raisins just add complexity and a hint of sweetness. Same with the coffee.
I should have had a half but couldn’t resist. I haven’t had much luck with beers in Rotterdam so this has more than made up for it!
