On sent un peu plus la cannelle que la coco, mais le tout est très subtile et équilibré. C'est très très bon.

Smell on malted cereal, chocolate and rum. The taste is very nice! It's compelx and balanced. We have nice cinnamon aromas, as well as coconut aromas. The rum is here too but do not overtake the other aromas. There's also some vanilla notes. The aftertaste is on cinnamon, vanilla and rum. Nicely balanced. Of course we do not feel the percentage of alcohol whatsoever (proof of quality). Pretty good beer!
