When our local hop suppliers at @loughranbrewingstores reached out to us and asked if we would like to be one of the first breweries in Ireland to use Oregon based @crosbyhops new CGX hop pellets we jumped at the chance. The result was this belting 8.0% DIPA brewed with Azacca®, Idaho 7® and Amarillo® CGX™. These hops have been cryogenically processed to amp up their flavours and aromas! Expect notes of ripe peach, pineapples and passion fruit, layered by a fluffy pillowy malt base with heaps of wheat and oats.
