With this brew we wanted to celebrate you, our "Frequent Flyers". Without you there wouldn't be a Flight Level brewery. So thank you!
Frequent flyers are also known as passengers who fly regularly with specific airlines, collecting those all important air miles at the same time.
We hope you enjoy this West Coast brew with us. Till next time!

Maltainen, yllättävän vähän makua west coast bisseksi.

On kyllä erikoinen tuoksu. Kermajäätälö tuoksu. Ranskankermaa. Viinirypäleitä. Ihme on jos kuuluu tuoksua tälle. Jopa etikainen.
Maku on savuinen ja parempi kuin tuoksu. Katkeroa on jonkin verran. Hiivaisuutta. Ok hyvä kuitenkin. Ei jää mitään mieleen. Aavistuksen makea.
Oli kyllä erikoinen olut. Tavallaan ok mutta maistakaa itse.

Smoked salmon with asparagus tangoes nicely with a beer. I assume.
The beer wears a lucid amber dress. The regular obedient carbonation maintains a creamy head that initially grows one finger tall and descends fairly quickly to a fragile haze and upward-reaching lace ring on the top.
The scent is classical for the style: resin, grapefruit and apricot. A bit of malt in the background. Fairly clean and straightforward.
The same sensation carries over to the tongue. Resin is obvious. Grapefruit zest and peel bring in citrusy elements. A bit of pine needle joins the show. A smaller injection of bitter malt can be observed on their footsteps. Style-compatible for sure.
The body is medium. 6.7 % deserves this. Good stuff! The end is grapefruity and resinous, quite similar to the actual taste experience. Get that beer for free, first-class memories; frequent flyer, I could take you higher; so take off with me, floating on the aftertaste; I'm a frequent flyer.
The mouthfeel is medium, crisp, piney and resinous. It's smooth and moderately drying. Old-school, even old-fashioned. A solid piece anyway.
And yes, a truly enjoyable food pairing. 🍽️🍺

Oikein klassinen westis. Mukavasti tasapainossa hyvät maut muttei mitään sävääyttävää
