Sometimes you need a little extra. And for the little extra, you need an extraordinary flavor and aroma profile of grapefruit, lime, tropical fruits, pine, flowers, mango, and pink grapefruit. Served! Over quite a few brews of different IPAs, we've been trying to perfect this idea of a beer that is 6,5% vol. and liquid sunshine. While perfection is fleeting since the goal constantly moves, we know we probably won't reach it. Nor do we think we would want to. Stagnation would loom. But we'll give it a fair go every time. For the moment, being quite content with our yeast and malt profiles, we focused on the hop profile and getting it just right. We combined Citra, the superstar of the hop world, with another craft beer brewer's goto, Idaho 7. And we added the hops in generous amounts. Very generous amounts. And when we say very generous amounts, we mean very generous amounts. Very. We've ended up with a colorful, candyesque, fruity, and floral haze bomb that gives you more.
