Checklist is a list of tasks that a pilot or crew must perform prior to for example engine start, takeoff or landing. While brewing this beer we used a checklist of our own to be sure that nothing was left behind. Water, malts, yeast and all those wonderful hops are all checked. Just check it out yourself if you don't believe us. Cheers!

After some outdoor work, it's time for self-made focaccia and a beer. The latter not self-made.
The beer looks murky peachy. Thick nectar by appearance. The carbonation is fairly regular, not powerful, not timid either. The emerging head is dense moussy and one finger tall. Not particularly long-lasting but leaves a beautiful thick ring on the top for much longer. Small curved traces can be spotted on the glass later.
Peach, tangerine, blood orange, mango in the air. Interestingly, I said the beer looks peachy, it also smells peachy. Ha! Anyway, an attractive tropical scent, although a bit restrained, with a marginal piney undertone. The malty segment is modest, slightly biscuity, especially oaty.
Let me sip. Mmmnice. I can pick the same peach and tangerine as in the fragrance. Furthermore, I spot orange peel, grapefruit pulp, lemon zest and a bit of pine. Raw mango if any mango. Maybe raw then. The intensity of "tropicalness" declines modestly. Oat cracker and wheat malt support the fruit combo.
The body is medium-full. The end doesn't change much from upfront, perhaps gears slightly more citrusy and rawer. Still inviting. Checklist, 1, 2, 3; you can tell me what you need; baby check this A, B, C; you make the aftertaste look so easy.
The mouthfeel is medium-full, relatively tropical, juicy, zesty, thick, soft and smooth. It's also a bit crisp, dry and drying. Almost crushable.
