Silti aika pehmeä ja sopivan puolikuiva kokonaisuus. - - - Fruity, citrusy with a bit of a sting before turning towards grapefruit. A small hint of aniselike spiciness in the end. Still overall picture is quite smooth and nicely semidry.

Beer #2: This is also hazy, deep mango orange. Not essentially more vivid carbonation than that of the previous beer but the foamy crown is taller, three fingers actually. Paints the glass with thick ornaments. This beer releases a substantially thinner olfactory offer: mango, peach, blood orange. Maybe a hint of pineapple in the background. The gustatory burst builds on a tropical foundation: apricot, papaya, canned mandarin, even a touch of resin. The biscuity grainbill is much less evident here than in the previous beer. I would argue that the maltbody is fairly similar to that of the first beer despite the less sturdy ABV. Otherwise, the sensation is tropical, a bit heavy, juicy, pulpy, ripe and moderately alcoholic. Better than #1.

Comme une Double IPA québécoise, Canada. Design conceptuel. C'est riche, c'est rond, c'est bon. Jus gras de houblons aux senteurs florales et d'agrumes. Puissance et équilibre des arômes. La fossoyeuse, une vraie tuerie.

Fossoyeuse !! Une bonne canadienne pour se la mettre après un bon tour de vélo !
