Probably no date is more significant to a Czech than the anniversary of the Velvet Revolution, the day that became the virtual beginning of the modern Czech state. To celebrate this anniversary, we've brewed a beer we probably never could have brewed without the revolution - our favorite New England IPA style. We used exotic American hops Sabro and Vista.
