Vahvaa on olut, mutta tastingin puoliväli on juuri ylitetty.

Kaatuu lähes öljymäisen paksuna ja mustana, niukalla nopeasti laskevalla ruskealla vaahdolla. Tuoksussa savuisuutta ja paahdettua ruista. Hyvin paksu suutuntuma, lakritsaa ja makeaa rommia, alkoholi tuntuu juuri ja juuri, muttei häiritse.

Siirappinen, viskooninen, lakritsinen, vadelmainen ja hieman suklainen.

HOPPY NEW YEAR 2025 TO ALL PINT PLEASE FOLKS!!  🍻🎇🧨🎊✨🎉🥳🎆🍻 Looking back to 2024: ➡️ 632 beers, ciders and other eligible drinks checked in in Pint Please ➡️ 56 of them homebrews ➡️ 11 of our own. This beer is the last one in 2024. Dry January begins. Only the ABV ≤ 1.0 % will be accepted. Okay, still the final beer. Pours opaque, thick black. Like crude oil pumped from an oil well. The carbonation walks silently in the dark side of the road and avoids attention. The beer receives a cappuccino-colored lacing that retreats quickly to the sides. Rum finds my nose first. I can smell the cane sugar of the rum. The accompanying barrel notes aren't particularly shy although not arrogant either. The third element in the air is dark chocolate, very weak but detectable. The tongue enjoys flavors that are, fortunately, bigger than what the fragrance suggests. I'm getting dark chocolate, bags of cacao nibs, soft rum, barrel nuances, cane sugar, syrup and a bit of caramel. Fairly appealing but not particularly complex. Or not at all. The body is full but not massive. The ABV could actually offer an even sturdier body. The tail waves the chocolate and rum upside down. Not bad. The mouthfeel is full, thick, oily and barrel aged. Desserty. Deep but not layered. Over and out, 2024. WISHING YOU ALL A TASTY BEERY 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 💙💙💙💙☮️☮️☮️💙💙☮️☮️☮️💙 💙💙💙💙💙💙☮️💙💙☮️💙💙💙 💛☮️☮️💛☮️☮️☮️💛💛☮️☮️☮️💛 💛💛💛💛☮️💛💛💛💛💛💛☮️💛 💛💛💛💛☮️☮️☮️💛💛☮️☮️☮️💛 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛
