This beer is made with our mix strain yeast, its a mix of Wheat beer yeast and american west coast yeast, giving low abv beer a bigger body. We have used Centennial and Columbus hops to get a bright grapefruit aroma and flavor with a subtle bitterness. This is our take on the old west coast APA but with a twist.
