
Our new year-round American IPA arrived in 5-state distribution in fall 2019. A unique brewing technique adds enzymes (amylase) to break down residual sugars, producing a highly attenuated IPA with notably dry, crisp, champagne-like character. The beer was dry-hopped with Citra and Simcoe, and sports a sessionable ABV built for outdoor consumption.

Pleasant. slightly effervescent IPA. Worth a taste if you come across it. Not a hoppy taste at all.
