We combined a generous amount of 2-row barley with biscuit, Vienna, and caramel malts to provide a slightly sweet malty backbone with six different hop varieties to create a bold but smooth Double IPA. Columbus, chinook, centennial, glacier, and cluster hops contribute some earthy, piney, and spicy notes before we dry hopped this beast with Amarillo to add gentle floral and citrus overtones.
