A very hazy, very pale yellow coloured brew with no head retention. On the nose its nice a sweet juiciness with satsuma/orang style thing, peach, pineapple, bubblegum and dank hopiness. In the mouth it's actually light for a 7.2% ABV which puts it on the line of DIPA territory. It's tangy with a long finish. I'm not that familiar with Nectaron having only had it a couple of times and not single hop. This brew is Mosaic and Nectaron so more of a chance to check it out. It's not sweet in the mouth, Mosaic is giving a pine finish and I think the Nectaron it giving it a tangy grapefruit and orange vibe. It's lacking in thick or creamy texture and yeh surprisingly light like a pale ale but yet the alcohol is hardly tastable. Orange citrus is the biggest flavour with others being subtle after-thoughts. Namely bubblegum and pine, the latter being the second most forward taste to this brew. It's pleasant and easy to drink for a 7.2% beer.
