Pours dirty pale yellow beer. No foam at all. Scent is farmhousey, grassy, aroma of horse stable. Tastes strikingly sour, fruity lime, kiwi and passionfruit. Some salt and sea water. Light body. Finishes sour lemon of medium duration. Palate is exceptionally crisp, earthy, makes you wanna grind your teeth. Pure-style gose as we know it, nice!
