Kaneli tuoksui pitkälle, mutta maussa sitä kaipas enemmänkin. Melkein ku siideriä jois. Ihan hauska ja kevyt.

Jouluinen olut keskellä kesä hellettä, on sopiva hetki tälläiselle 😎😅. Kaardemumman ja kanelin makua. Hiukan omenainen maku. In English Please: A Christmas beer in the middle of the summer heat is the right moment for this 😎😅.. The taste of cardamom and cinnamon. Slight apple flavor.

Lunch time after some exhausting outdoor work 🪵🪚🪓 Practically lucid, brilliant yellow beer looks like... yes, exactly! Limited carbonation. The head is off-white and fluffy but relatively thin. Soon the surface is flat still. Apple juice, cinnamon and clove feature in the fragrance. Maybe also a lemony twist. The name refers to Christmas, and indeed, the scent is Christmassy. The tastebuds receive sour apple, more like mash than juice. The lemony pack is much bigger now. Lemon pulp, first and foremost. And a smaller amendment of orange zest. The Christmas spices are in the minority but I do spot a touch of cinnamon still in the palate. The body is light. The tail waves the same lemony flush as before. Apple zest is detectable but the spiced sector narrows down to nil. We been talking baby like we bit the apple; all these other snakes, they tryna holla at the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, marginally tart, spiced, only distantly Christmassy. Still refreshing. Different.

Todella kanelisaa, oudon kuivan omenaista. Sopii hyvin myös näin joulun jälkeiseen aikaan. Paljon parempaa kuin ei-jouluisa veljensä.

Viime joulukuun joulukalenterin viimeinen olut. Onhan tuo jo tovin odotellut vuoroaan. Ja tämähän taisikin olla se koko kalenterin jouluisin bisse, joten sopii hyvin tähän huhtikuun puolivälin hujakoille 😆 Joulun makuja tosiaan löytyy: omenaa, kanelia ja glögiä. Mutta tästä huolimatta itse asiassa oikein maukas olut! Eikä lainkaan huono tähänkään ajankohtaan 😊 ig: @wellthatsbeertastic
