Our single hopped, all Simcoe Pale Ale. A big aroma which leaps out the glass, we get fresh lemon, bright gooseberry and light pine.

Nice yellow hazy colour when poured, pretty decent head, but does not feel too carbonated or gassy.
Strong hoppy aroma coming through with light citrus notes. Taste follows similar trend, nice hoppy kick with bitter, lemony and pinelike flavours in moderation. Decent pale ale, would definitely try again. 👌
