
This recipe was designed by one of our brewers who won the first Malt Stars competition for the chance to brew his beer. He envisioned a beer made with local organic malts from Gyrup, pine needles, and a Belgian yeast that yields a dry beer mild on phenols.
Despite the low ABV, this turned into a beer with powerful forest aromas supported by rustic malt flavors. An inquisitive beer for unique wintertime contemplations.
