Cream-white foam, lasts nice and long. Surprisingly neutral fragrance with mild ginger, however. Color is clear maroon. Taste includes some ginger, a bit sugary with a faint tone of honey. Short aftertaste but fortunately ginger is to be felt. Thin-to-medium body. Mouthfeel spicy mild.
