Finally the return leg of a collab with Croatia's finest, The Garden Brewery. And it's a cracker. A wheat heavy base beer received a steeping of aromatic Earl Grey tea before being sent to the fermenter where it was destined to meet loads of beautiful peach. The result is a refreshing summer ice tea style sour ale that beloows juicy peach with a beautiful bergamot undercurrent.

Appelsiinia, persikkaa, sitruunaa. Jääteetä happamalla vivahteella. Myös sima tulee hieman mieleen.

L'attaque est sur une bonne acidité qui s'efface assez vite. En goût, le thé est bien là, de la bergamote et plus subtilement la pêche.
Le final est salin.
L'ensemble est correct, ce qui est annoncé est là. Rien de nouveau, mais bien agréable.
