This years official Mash festival beer is a three way collab with Yakima Chief Hops and White Labs and it's a stonker. Using a pair of new ingredients, one hop product and one a novel yeast strain, we have brewed the juiciest of the juicy.

C'est bon ! Plutôt légère en bouche mais des bonnes et belles saveurs. Bien houblonnées et exotiques. Elle se boit très très bien ! Un petit coup de coeur ❤

Mercredi 19h34. Une dipa collab Garage Beer Co / Verdant avec Citra, Nelson Sauvin et Bru-1 Spectrum (première fois que je vois ça je sais pas du tout ce que ça veut dire). Elle est très très bonne. Je retrouve bien la pâte Garage Beer, un peu moins Verdant mais c'est clairement un feat réussi. Bière équilibrée.
