Fresh hoppy pale. Not extraordinary but not bad.
Judge’s label: would have another

My first light pale ale with Nelson which is nice, quite white wine like without being too sharp with gooseberry. Elderflower pleasantness throughout and Chinook hops as a classic base.
3.6% ABV is very low for me as brews in this bracket tend to be lacking, I'm pleased to say this is a nice pale regardless of low ABV and this is in large part due to the Nelson. The hops in this context is perfect and prevents it being overly washed out, instead it's light and delicate.
Citrus with lemon pulp, elderflower, white grape, gooseberry and subtle straw hint is what you can expect from this brew.
