Little Palais is a small bar and bottle shop in St Ives, known for its innovative cocktails and handmade ice creams. Their curated food and wine offerings, coupled with the intimate atmosphere and a strong emphasis on music, make it a unique local gem we wanted to celebrate with this first Cornish Creatives release of 2023. This collab IPA packs a cracking hop combination(Amarillo, HBC 586, Citra, Nelson Sauvin), bringing excitingly pungent fruits, weeds and dank.
