
Haust is an excellent beer to pair with autumnal dishes such as game and wild mushrooms. For this beer we have only used Norwegian malt; Pilsner malt from Jæren Korn og Malt, and our own developed Special Kinn from Bonsak Gårdsmaleteri in northern Trøndelag. To get the right flavour and fullness we have also used dark kandisirup and cassonade sugar (brown granulated sugar) in the wortboil. This beer is brewed at Vesle Kinn with open vats and matured in the bottle.
