This beer is brewed in collaboration with BRUS. Dry hopping with citra cryo hops at the start of fermentation, the beer has a fruity/juicy intensity which is then boosted by the addition of Strata hops. Maxima trials a different yeast than we normally use for hazy IPAs, as well as a new salt profile for the Svinninge brew team. It was an experiment that didn't exactly yield the haziness intended! This beer, along with Minima is designed as a pair.
