This lists that it is a West Coast Pilsner (ironically they are out of NY). It has a fruity taste that leans towards strawberry mainly but is not overwhelming. Has a touch of orange to it. Light hoppy notes. Clean and crisp is about the only true Pilsner aspects. Not much from a malt perspective. Finishes bitter and dry Overall it’s quite different and does not meet a normal pils expectation (by far). Taste wise it’s pretty damn good. It’s almost a new style.
