After-sauna refreshment. Fabulous sauna experience! 2.5 minutes in ice water. Twice! I feel sooo reincarnated. Now a Brown Ale. And zero alcohol. Sounds like a treat... Or not. Or maybe. I can only find out by tasting. Yes. Dark brown beer lets light go through and give a bright ruby reflection. Looks inviting. A face-powder-hued fluffy head grows two fingers tall and descends quickly to a neat lace ring on the surface. Cacao nibs, milk chocolate, caramel, nougat and a note of peanut. It's quite unique and intriguing, something that doesn't cross my path every day, or not even every month for that matter. I like it. Well... the taste drops my feeling. A bit. I'm not disappointed but not excited either. Brown malt, brown bread, cacao nibs, cacao powder, peanut and peanut peel. That's the cocktail of tonight. Light. Not surprising. Not bad either. The end is identical to the first encounter. Feels light, marginally dry, faintly spiced and innovative. The attractiveness declines from the scent to the taste, unfortunately, but it's still, overall, relatively interesting.

Drinkable alcohol free more like a home made beer. As alcohol free beer usually not so tasty. Could be closer to kvass than ale.
