Our flagship beer, a low fermentation Helles style beer. It’s our most complex beer to brew. Made specifically for the Madrid audience: it’s intended to be drank cold, and is ideal with tapas. It’s made from six different kinds of malt and three varieties of hops, resulting in a blonde colour beer with pure white foam and a moderately bitter taste. Brewed in a traditional way, fermenting at low temperatures during 15 days and lagering for 45 more at 0 degrees Celsius, resulting in a very balanced and subtle taste.
