A lot has changed since we last made Middle Child way back in the early days of Garage Beer Co. This once single hop Ekuanot beer is no longer so. We were thinking if we were to make a Ekuanot heavy session IPA in 2023, how would we do it? This is how. Ekuanot is joined by plenty of Citra and Cryo Idaho 7 to create a very modern SIPA bursting with notes of lime and grapefruit and lots of tangy pineapple.
