
It is produced from 4 sorts of selected malt and several sorts of hops of European origin. Water is obtained from an artesian well. Oxygen has no access to the product during its production process. CO2 is not used. No preservatives are added and no pasteurisation is applied.
It has a pronounced taste and fragrance of bread with a sweetish shade of barley malt. Its organic dark colour, the layer of compact, slightly coloured foam, and unforgettable nuances of flavour can satisfy even the most fastidious gourmets.
