Sauna beer. Straight from the bottle. Not sure if a Habanero IPA is a good choice for the sauna but it is what I have now. The sauna is the neighbor's sauna ferry, my mobile sauna will arrive on Monday. It will be parked on our beach, of course. A malt–grass–hop combination is what I find in the air. Dry chili powder tickles my nose intriguingly. And somewhat timidly. The tastebuds like the habanero punch. It's medium-strong at maximum. Otherwise, the palate is malty, dry-grassy and a bit bready. Without capsaicin, this would be rather uninspiring. The body is light. Finishes with a good load of habanero. The basic constellation doesn't change a bit. The mouthfeel is spiced, piquant, slightly crisp, dry and drying. And frothy. Basically traditional but the chili element increases gears. Alright, I've had better chili beers though.

Erittäin maukas ipa. Suoraan +2c jääkaapista mausta ei löytynyt lainkaan habaneroa, mutta sen sijaan hedelmäisyyttä ja raikkautta. Lasissa hetken lämmettyään olut alkoi kirpakoitua ja kielen päällä maistui juurikin habanero. Ei tulisena lainkaan, vaan habanerolle ominaisena pistelevänä hedelmänä. Herkullista!
