After work ja pari hazynessiä alla. Oikein kiva, todella sitruunainen. Ei kuitenkaan "super" sour, vaan maltillisen hapan.

Olut on väriltään ananasmehunkeltainen, samea ja hivenen sakkainen olut. Tuoksu on happaman sitruksinen. Maku on kirpeän hapan sekä greippinen. Greipin ystävälle oikein mainio sour! Omaan makuun, ehkä turhan kirpeä...

One Fruited Sour Ale for an after-sauna thirst quencher. Generous bowls of citruses in anticipation. And indeed, the color says it all: fully hazy, deep yellow. Looks juicy. The carbonation just rushes through and falls dead. A white fluffy head grows one finger tall and – falls equally dead. The surface is then flat still. Blood grapefruit, lemon zest and tangerine get knocked on the acidic floor. Wheat malt supports the baseline. A straightforward citrus smash but with several dimensions within such a framework. C like citrus also on the tongue. Lemon pulp, a bit of yuzu (?), lime, blood grapefruit and grapefruit pith lie on the bags of soft wheat. Lactic acid levels off to a reasonable level from the air. A salty amendment can also be detected in the gustatory profile. The body is light but not thin by any standards. The end equals the start. Nice and long-lasting. Super trouper beams are gonna blind me but I won't feel sour like I always do 'cause somewhere there's the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is light, very zesty, refreshing, acidic, truly tart, puckering and a bit dry. Well well... basically okay but nothing sensational. Probably too generic.
