Goldgelbes, hefetrübes Weißbier mit fantastischer, sehr stabiler, feinporiger, weisser, cremiger Schaumkrone / in der Nase Noten von Malz und Hefe sowie florale Noten / im Gaumen leichter bis mittlerer Körper, perlende Kohlensäure, spritzig / im Geschmack Aromen von Malz und Hefe sowie fruchtige Aromen, leicht würzig, leichte Süsse und Säure, dezente Hopfenbittere, vollmundig / angenehme Bitterkeit im Abgang.
